We run online elections and e-voting for associations, trade unions, sports clubs, federations, chambers, NGOs and professional bodies in Greece. That covers board elections and general-assembly decisions as well as internal referendums and member polls. The platform and the service are designed for Greek legal and organisational practice, while the voting experience is simple enough for any member.

Votes, referendums and polls
Use the same secure platform for general-assembly resolutions (accounts, budget, amendments to the articles of association), for internal referendums, and for polls that consult your members before an important decision. Yes/No/Abstain, single-choice and multiple-choice questions are supported.
Security and ballot secrecy
- A unique voting link for every member, with identity verification by email and SMS.
- One member, one vote. Double voting is technically impossible.
- Each vote is encrypted on submission and stored separately from the voter's identity.
- Only the election committee can decrypt the ballot box, and only after voting closes.
- Support for a court-appointed representative where Greek law requires one.
- GDPR compliant.
Built for Greek law
Greek Law 4808/2021 requires trade unions to give their members the option to vote electronically and remotely. Sports federations and associations follow their own framework under Law 4726/2020. We help you organise a process that fits your statutes and the law that applies to your organisation.

Frequently asked questions
Is online voting legally valid for Greek associations?
Yes, where the legal framework of the organisation or its statutes allow it. For trade unions, Law 4808/2021 explicitly provides for electronic remote voting. We can help you check what applies to your organisation.
Can members vote from abroad?
Yes. Members only need internet access and the email address or mobile phone registered with your organisation.
Can online voting be combined with a physical ballot box?
Yes. Hybrid voting is fully supported, and the voter register is coordinated so that each member votes only once.
